All fragrance orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
During high-volume periods (such as holidays or sale events), order processing may take a little longer. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you promptly via email.
